Separate the outdoor restroom need from the vehicle
Tell us whether you want temporary toilets for guests or a different service related to an RV. This page concerns portable restroom rental; it does not promise RV tank pumping, hookups or repair. If the request is different, describe it clearly and ask whether a suitable service can be arranged.
Get the property’s approval
Check that the gathering location permits temporary units and establish where they may be placed. Consider guests arriving on foot, vehicle movement and the wash-station position. A campground or private host may have rules that differ from an ordinary event venue.
Count the people using shared facilities
Include visitors who do not have an RV toilet available and explain how long they remain on site. Ask about accessible facilities and existing public restrooms. The number of vehicles alone does not describe restroom demand.
Keep delivery and collection separate from departures
Equipment access may be easiest before vehicles park and after they leave, but the provider must confirm the arrangement. Identify an on-site contact and avoid trapping units behind parked campers. Confirm who remains available for pickup when the gathering finishes.
