Can I order before choosing an exact position?
You can enquire before finalizing the layout, but the provider needs a suitable approved position and access plan before delivery is confirmed. Describe any known restrictions early, including a narrow entrance or a venue-controlled schedule.
Will a standard toilet include a sink?
Do not assume it does. Ask about the features of the offered model and whether a separate handwashing station is needed. Review supplies and replenishment at the same time.
How far ahead should I request equipment?
Contact the team when the location and likely dates are known. Availability depends on the equipment and actual scheduling; there is no universal lead time or same-day promise on this site. If timing is urgent, call to discuss what can be reviewed.
Can the equipment remain while nobody is on site?
Explain the unattended period and ask the property contact and provider to agree access and responsibility. Confirm how a delivery or collection will be handled if nobody can meet the vehicle. A note in a form is not an accepted unattended-delivery arrangement.
What happens if the event or project changes?
Ask the team to review revised dates, additional demand or a new position. Charges, cancellation and extension arrangements come from the accepted proposal. Do not move equipment or assume a booking automatically changes when the project calendar does.
Does the quoted end date trigger pickup?
Confirm the collection process explicitly. Keep access open and identify the person responsible after the last use. If the provider requires a pickup request, an estimated finish date is not a substitute.
