Tell us how the station will be used
Describe the expected users, length of the workday or event and where people will move after using the toilets. Ask which station is available, how it operates and what supplies are included. Water capacity, hot water and the number of wash positions vary by model; no photograph can settle those details.
Place it where washing is an easy next step
A convenient position near restroom exits can work well, provided it leaves doorways and accessible routes clear. At a worksite, avoid a spot likely to disappear behind materials. At a gathering, consider the path toward food and seating without creating a queue across the main walkway.
Agree who checks supplies
Soap, towels and water need attention during use, not just on delivery day. Discuss expected demand and refill arrangements with the rental team. Ask what to report if supplies run low and whether an additional service can be arranged; do not assume unlimited replenishment is part of the basic rental.
Use the equipment for its intended purpose
A portable handwashing unit should not be presented as drinking-water service, a catering preparation sink or a wastewater disposal point for unrelated activities. Explain any special use in advance and follow the provider’s instructions. Stable placement and access for servicing remain important even when the station looks smaller than a toilet cabin.
