Walk through the arrival and placement
Share the delivery entrance, turning space, surface and proposed position. A trailer’s transport and setup requirements differ from those of a standalone cabin. The provider must assess access and positioning; do not assume that space for a parked car means room for the delivery vehicle and trailer.
Ask for model-specific utility needs
Power, water, wastewater and self-contained options depend on the equipment offered. Request specifications and ask the property manager to verify the connections available. A nearby tap or outlet is not sufficient evidence that the model can operate there. Do not improvise adapters or utility connections without the provider’s guidance.
Plan guest access as part of the installation
Discuss entrances, steps, lighting and the route from the gathering. Identify accessible facilities separately where needed; not every trailer provides the same entry arrangement. Keep caterers, decorative installations and queues away from the approach.
Ask how the trailer is maintained during the rental and who handles supplies or operational concerns. A long reception or a multi-day gathering may need a different arrangement from a short daytime function.
Confirm what the quote actually describes
Review the model or category, included features, delivery, setup, servicing and collection. Interior finishes in library images are illustrative, not a promise of a particular unit. Check weather-related arrangements and schedule changes against the actual provider terms before booking.
