Review what the venue already offers
Plantation’s facility-rental information covers pavilions, gazebos, community spaces and a banquet hall. Ask the contact for your booked location which restrooms are available and whether outside equipment is allowed. A list of venue types is not evidence that we have worked at those facilities.
Compare a cabin upgrade with a trailer
If additional convenience or an indoor-style experience matters, describe the features you want. Ask whether the offered cabin includes a sink or flushing, and compare that with the setup needs of a trailer. The available model, not a category name, defines what guests receive.
Plan the route in the conditions of the event
Think about the path after dark, during rain or while suppliers are arriving. Discuss lighting, surface and accessible-facility needs with the venue. Keep the approach from becoming a storage area for chairs or catering equipment. Any change to equipment placement needs provider review.
Confirm setup and removal as separate handovers
Give the team the permitted arrival window, guest times and collection access. Include staff remaining for cleanup. Request a location-specific proposal for the Plantation address so features, service and transport can be reviewed together.
