Decide what you want to improve
A flushing arrangement, an internal sink or a different interior finish may matter for an outdoor occasion. For temporary use at an occupied property, ease of access and service may be the priority. Explain the use rather than asking for the most expensive-sounding category.
Get an equipment description in writing
Ask whether each wanted feature is included in the available model. A sink and a flushing system are separate questions, and neither should be inferred from the word upgraded. Review any supply, utility or maintenance requirements attached to the chosen equipment.
Compare a cabin with a trailer honestly
An upgraded cabin is still not the same type of installation as a restroom trailer. A trailer may need a different vehicle approach, more space, steps and utility arrangements. If an indoor-style guest experience is the goal, compare both options before deciding which can work at the property.
Do not lose the practical details
Even attractive equipment needs a stable position, unobstructed access and a service plan. Include accessible restroom needs and washing arrangements in the overall request. Confirm the equipment line, dates and included services on the quotation so expectations about appearance do not hide gaps in the setup.
