Start with the reservation record
Parkland’s online recreation service provides information about viewing pavilion and athletic-field availability. Checking availability is different from holding an accepted reservation. Confirm the booked space and current venue rules directly before planning an equipment delivery.
Identify what is shared with other users
Ask which facilities and paths are exclusive to your group and which remain in public use. Review existing restrooms, accessible routes and whether temporary units are permitted. Do not assume that a pavilion booking gives control over every nearby parking or grassed area.
Give equipment an approved arrival route
The provider needs to assess the entrance, surface and proposed position. Ask the venue when suppliers can enter and whether someone must escort them. Share those limits with the rental team before accepting a proposed window, and include handwashing in the location review.
Agree responsibility after the reservation ends
If pickup occurs after the public activity, confirm who controls access and who remains responsible for the units. Keep the collection arrangement distinct from the park booking. For a private Parkland project, provide its address and property-specific conditions instead of importing park rules.
