Check amenities at the actual facility
Lauderdale Lakes maintains a facility directory covering parks and centres with different amenities. A restroom shown on a listing is a useful starting point, but ask the facility contact whether it is open to your group during the relevant hours. Do not count a facility simply because it appears nearby on a map.
Distinguish extra demand from a complete closure
If indoor toilets remain open, explain who can use them and how far people travel. If they will be closed for work, give the expected closure period and include staff or contractors present before visitors arrive. These are different situations for a quantity and service review.
Keep the accessible route continuous
Consider the path from the activity area to the temporary unit and wash station, including doors, level changes and objects added during setup. Ask the property contact and supplier to review the arrangement. A wide-entry cabin alone does not certify the complete installation.
Tell the team when conditions change
A building reopening, larger turnout or blocked entrance can change the rental need. Ask for a revised arrangement rather than moving units into an unapproved space. Provide the Lauderdale Lakes street address and use dates for an individual availability review.
