Tamarac rental fieldnotes

Bring the other site requirements into the conversation

If restrooms are one part of a larger project, include the other rental needs in the request. Each equipment category needs its own suitability and availability review.

For construction and property work

Ask about dumpsters and waste containers, temporary fencing, storage containers, mobile offices or other site equipment required for the job. Describe the intended use, proposed position and dates for each item. Do not assume that a restroom delivery vehicle or service arrangement can also handle another category.

For events and temporary operations

Tents, shower facilities, holding tanks and related equipment may involve different space, utility or permission requirements. Explain what you are trying to achieve and ask which options can be arranged. A combined enquiry is useful, but it is not confirmation that all items are available together.

Coordinate the layout before separate deliveries

Keep vehicle approaches, accessible routes, exits and service access clear when several suppliers are involved. Ask the property or event lead to review the full layout rather than approving each item in isolation. Identify the contact who can resolve conflicting delivery instructions.

Confirm each line of the proposal

Review the equipment, transport, setup, servicing and removal terms for each category. Availability, specifications and any additional requirements must be confirmed for the actual request. We do not publish generic numerical rates or treat one rental category’s terms as applying automatically to another.

Bring the details. Ask the questions.

Let’s make the next step a clear one.

Discuss the property, the people and the period of use.
The equipment arrangement follows from there.
