Define the normal week
Tell the rental team which days and hours people use the facilities, whether shifts overlap and how that may change. Explain when gates are locked or the property is unattended. A provider can review a service arrangement only when it understands both usage and access.
Keep the service approach available
Reserve space around the units and along the approach as the property evolves. Parking, stock deliveries and temporary fencing can quietly turn a usable position into a blocked one. Give responsibility for access to someone who is present when needed, not merely the person receiving invoices.
Review the rental when demand changes
More users, additional shifts or the loss of indoor restrooms can justify a fresh review of quantity and service. Report problems with dates and locations. Ask before relocating, extending or removing equipment; the original order may not cover a materially different use.
Read renewal and ending terms in the actual proposal
Do not assume that every provider bills by a calendar month or ends a rental automatically on a projected date. Ask how extensions, cancellation and pickup requests are handled and what requires written confirmation. Keep collection access open until the removal is completed.
