Confirm the event and the space separately
Use the city’s special-event information to locate the appropriate municipal process and confirm current requirements with the city. Venue rental and an event approval can be separate matters. We do not issue permits or treat a quote submission as authorisation for an event or equipment position.
Share one layout with the suppliers
Mark the activity areas, existing facilities, proposed temporary toilets, washing points and access routes. Identify who may approve a change. If a stage or food-service area moves, check the effect on restroom access before telling the supplier to reposition equipment.
Discuss expected attendance across the programme, including staff and vendors outside public opening hours. Ask about service opportunities when the site is not crowded rather than relying on a vehicle reaching the units during a busy session.
Give the site contact practical authority
Name someone who can meet deliveries, confirm the approved position and resolve a gate issue. The person handling publicity or invoices may not be the best arrival contact. Pass private access information through the agreed channel.
Close the event with collection arranged
Confirm when the property remains available after the public finish and who is responsible for the equipment until pickup. For a Lauderhill worksite instead of an event, use the construction guide and provide the exact project address for review.
